Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 350 Shirts, we process every order only after payment is successfully completed.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Our team will confirm and process eligible cancellation requests.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund Eligibility
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered, in good condition. Refunds or replacements are considered only in the following cases:
- You received a different product than what you ordered.
- The product arrived in a severely damaged condition due to transit.
To raise a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging, via WhatsApp or email.
Resolution
Once reviewed, approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund, at the discretion of 350 Shirts, based on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
